These Terms of Use govern your use of apps published by Breaka Labs LLC on the Apple App Store. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Some apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases to unlock premium features:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
All apps are free to download and include core functionality at no cost. Premium features are optional upgrades.
All content, design, and code in our apps are the property of Breaka Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our apps.
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our apps. Our apps are tools for personal use and should not be relied upon for professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
