Breaka Labs LLC ("we", "our", "us") builds iOS applications that respect your privacy. This policy applies to all apps published by Breaka Labs LLC on the Apple App Store.
Our apps are designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.
All data you create within our apps (entries, logs, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Apple frameworks (SwiftData, UserDefaults). If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account under your Apple ID — we have no access to it.
Some apps offer optional premium features via in-app purchases (subscriptions or one-time purchases). These transactions are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store any payment information.
Our apps do not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect user data.
Our apps do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our apps are general-audience tools that do not require personal information to function.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
